Data collected
When you create an account and place orders, we collect: last name, first name, email address, phone number and postal address. For trade customers: company name and company registration number. No payment card data is stored on our servers (secure processing by Stripe).
Purposes of processing
Your data is used to: manage your customer account, process and track your orders, send transactional emails (confirmation, shipping), provide after-sales service and respond to your enquiries.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of the sales contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in managing the commercial relationship.
Retention period
Your account data is kept for as long as your account remains active. Invoicing data is kept for 10 years in accordance with accounting obligations. You may request the deletion of your account at any time.
Processors
Your data may be shared with our technical processors: Supabase (database hosting), Hostinger (website hosting), Stripe (payment), Resend (transactional emails), Chronopost (delivery). These providers are subject to the GDPR or to equivalent safeguards.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection.
