2. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale of genuine Peugeot Motocycles spare parts offered on pieces-aparo-peugeotmotocycles.com. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros excluding tax. The applicable VAT (20%) is added at the time of ordering. Shipping costs are calculated according to the chosen delivery method and destination.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been validated. A confirmation email is sent to the customer. APARO reserves the right to refuse any order on legitimate grounds.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, CB) through the secure Stripe platform. The amount is charged when the order is validated.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our shop in Antony (92), France, using the carrier Chronopost. Delivery times are indicative and vary by destination. International delivery is available.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal. Parts must be returned in their original condition, unfitted and in their original packaging.
8. Warranty
The spare parts sold are brand-new genuine Peugeot Motocycles parts and are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
9. Personal data
The data collected is necessary to process orders and is handled in accordance with the GDPR. Customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
10. Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of APARO's registered office.
