Shipping and delivery
Dispatch
All orders are prepared and dispatched from our shop in Antony (92), in the Paris region. Each order is processed within 3 working days of payment being validated. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Our carrier
We ship with Chronopost. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the estimated weight of your order and shown before payment.
Pickup point delivery
Collection from a Pickup point — delivered the day after the parcel is dispatched. From €8.17 incl. VAT — up to 20 kg.
Home delivery
Home delivery before 1pm, the day after the parcel is dispatched. From €13.32 incl. VAT — up to 30 kg.
Delivery times
The times shown are Chronopost's and run from the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse, excluding weekends and public holidays. Bulky or oversized parts cannot be sent to a pickup point: only home delivery is offered in that case.
Delivery within Europe
Chrono Classic Europe service — 2 to 6 working days, up to 30 kg. Zone 1 (Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands): from €12.92 incl. VAT. Zone 2 (Spain, Italy, Austria, Poland, Portugal): from €13.57 incl. VAT.
Parcel tracking
A Chronopost tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships. You can track your parcel in real time at chronopost.fr.
Delivery problems
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at contact@pieces-aparo-peugeotmotocycles.com quoting your order number.
